Results from our HVAC work, and what they mean for a design studio

Our published results come from HVAC and heating companies, not from design or staging firms. Here's what each case shows, and which parts of the method transfer to a portfolio-led business.

Written by Ali Sedighi, MBALast updated:

Every result on this page comes from our HVAC work, with the client named and the live site linked. None of them is a design, decorating or staging result, and we won't present them as one. We show them because the method behind them, publishing a clear page for every thing you want to be found for, is the same method we use for a portfolio. The full list is on the HVAC.Agency case studies page.

HeatLand: consistent publishing

Over time HeatLand built a library of 850+ SEO articles, and its leads rose 300% within a six-month window.

What it shows: volume and consistency, when each piece answers a real question, compound over time. HeatLand didn't win by one brilliant page; it won by covering its subject thoroughly.

What transfers to a design business: the equivalent of HeatLand's articles is your project archive. A studio that adds two well-written project pages a month, each about a specific room, style or constraint, builds the same kind of coverage. After a year that is two dozen findable pages, each one a possible first contact. Our guide to portfolio project pages explains the format.

Roma Heating & Cooling: organic growth from structure

Roma Heating & Cooling grew organic traffic 400% in 12 months.

What it shows: a website organised around the services customers actually search for can grow visits without buying them. The gains came from structure and content rather than ad spend.

What transfers: a design site organised around what clients search for, such as "kitchen refresh", "condo staging" or "colour consultation", plus the places you serve, gives search engines a clear map. That's the core of our portfolio websites service.

BoilerPart.ca: a page for every item

Each part on BoilerPart.ca has its own page, 2,000+ of them generated programmatically, and organic traffic grew 180%.

What it shows: when every individual item gets its own properly described page, search engines can match each one to a specific search.

What transfers: a design portfolio can follow the same logic at a human scale. Instead of one gallery, each project, and sometimes each notable room, gets its own page with its own photos and description. We would never mass-produce thin pages for a studio, but the principle that specific beats general holds. It's also why image SEO matters: each photo is an item that can be found.

GasBoilers.ca: reputation in a defined area

We built GasBoilers.ca as a gas-boiler division for CANRO Heat. It now covers 26+ BC communities, and its Google profile shows 5.0★ from 76+ Google reviews.

What it shows: a focused brand serving a defined set of communities, with a steady flow of genuine reviews, can build strong local trust.

What transfers: for a decorator or stager, the communities are the towns and neighbourhoods you actually work in, and the reviews come from clients and, often, agents. A properly set-up profile and well-timed review requests are covered in our local search service.

What we would measure for you instead

Because design and staging businesses differ from heating companies, we'd track the signals that matter in your world: enquiries per project page, the share of consultations that become paid work, new agents who send a first job, and how much of your revenue depends on your top two referral sources. Those numbers tell you whether the method is working in your studio, which is more useful than any borrowed headline figure.

How to read these numbers

A few cautions, because honest numbers deserve honest context:

  • Different industries, different scale. Heating searches spike in cold snaps; design searches are steadier and slower to convert.
  • Results took sustained work. None of these happened in a month.
  • They are not a forecast. We don't promise rankings, leads or a particular return. We do promise to show you what we're measuring and why.

If you'd like to talk through what a realistic first year looks like for your studio, see pricing or call, text or email us.

Frequently asked questions

Why don't you show interior design case studies?

Because we only publish results we can verify and name. Our documented cases are from HVAC work, so we show those honestly and explain what transfers, rather than inventing design results.

Will a design studio see the same numbers?

Not necessarily. Job values, search volumes and buying cycles differ. The cases show that the method works when it's applied consistently, not what your exact figures will be.

Where can I see the full case studies?

The full list is published on HVAC.Agency's case studies page, and each client site linked below is live so you can look at it yourself.
