Our plans come from our parent brand, Trades.Agency, and are the same for design and staging businesses as for any other home-service firm. The difference is what goes inside them: project pages, image work, local search and agent outreach instead of emergency-call campaigns. Prices are in Canadian dollars.

The three plans

Which plan suits which design business
The right plan depends less on how talented you are and more on how many enquiries you can actually handle.
- Growth fits a solo decorator or a small staging company with steady referrals that wants a properly structured portfolio and local presence. The usual focus is portfolio pages and local search.
- Elite fits a studio with a few staff or a stager covering several towns, where image search, agent outreach and paid promotion of proven pages all make sense together. The website discount matters if your current site needs replacing.
- Enterprise fits a larger firm, a multi-city staging operation, or a studio that wants a dedicated team and a new site built as part of the plan.
If you're unsure, start lower. Moving up a plan when you're turning work away is easier than paying for capacity you can't use.
What drives the cost of marketing a design business
A few factors move the effort, and therefore the right plan, more than anything else:
- Size of the portfolio. Thirty projects needing pages take more work than eight.
- Number of markets. A stager covering one city needs less than one covering four regions.
- State of the website. A site that has to be rebuilt changes the first few months.
- Language. Serving Quebec clients means French-language content, as the Quebec page explains.
- Agent focus. Realtor referral work adds mapping and content for a second audience.
Checking the plan against your numbers
Before choosing, run this short calculation with your own figures. Take your average fee per project, multiply by how many extra projects a year would make a real difference, and compare that with the annual plan cost.
Example for a decorator. Average project fee $7,500. Annual Growth plan: $1,499 × 12 = $17,988, plus GST/HST. That's covered by roughly two and a half extra projects a year. If your consultation-to-client rate is one in three, you need about eight extra consultations a year, fewer than one a month.
Example for a stager. Average staging job $2,600. The same annual plan is covered by about seven extra jobs a year. If three new agents each send two or three jobs, you're there.
These are illustrations, not forecasts. We make no promises about leads or rankings, and the results page explains why our published proof comes from our HVAC work.
A note for seasonal businesses
Staging work in much of Canada bunches around spring and early fall listing seasons, and decorating enquiries often rise after the holidays. Month-to-month terms let you keep marketing running through the quiet months, which is usually when portfolio pages and agent relationships are built for the next busy stretch. Cutting everything in a slow month tends to make the following slow month worse.
What's confirmed in writing
Anything not stated on this page, such as how ad budgets are handled or exactly who owns which account, is set out in your written proposal before you sign. If a detail matters to you, ask in the first conversation and we'll put the answer in writing.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a long-term contract?
No. You pay month by month, and leaving takes 30 days' notice. If you choose annual billing instead, you get a lower monthly rate in exchange for the year's commitment.
Are the prices in Canadian dollars?
Yes. All prices are in Canadian dollars, and GST or HST is added at your province's rate.
Does the plan include ad spend?
How ad budgets are handled, and what is included, is set out in writing in your proposal. Ask about it in the consultation so there's no ambiguity.
Is the consultation really free?
Yes. The first 30-minute consultation is free for eligible businesses and is separate from the paid plans. There's no obligation to sign up afterwards.
