You can reach Decor.Marketing three ways: call or text (604) 632-4959, or email Ali@Sedighi.ca. There are no forms, chat boxes or booking widgets on this site, on purpose. You get a person, and that person is a senior strategist.
What happens next
You reach out
Call, text or email with a line about your business.
We reply
Usually within one business day, on the channel you chose.
You talk to a senior strategist
A focused conversation about your goals, market and numbers.
How to reach us
Choose the channel that fits how you work:
- Call if you'd like to talk it through. If nobody picks up, leave a short message with your name and town.
- Text if you're on site between clients. Send a line or two and a link, and we'll reply by text or call back if you'd prefer.
- Email if you want to send photos, links or a longer description of your business.
Our hours are Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. We usually reply within one business day. If you're in Atlantic Canada, remember that our working day starts four hours after yours.
What to include in your message
You don't need to prepare anything formal. But a few details make the first conversation much more useful:
- Your business name and town, and the areas you serve.
- What you do: decorating, interior design, staging, colour consulting, or a mix.
- Your website and main social profile, if you have them.
- One or two projects you're proud of, as links or photos.
- Where your last few clients came from: agents, referrals, search, social.
- What you want more of: bigger projects, more agent work, a new town, steadier months.
A simple template for an email or text:
Hi, this is [Your name] from [Business name] in [City]. We do [decorating / design / staging] for [homeowners / agents / builders]. Our site is [website]. Most of our work comes from [source], and we'd like more [type of project or client]. Best time to reach me is [time].
What happens next
Here is what to expect after you get in touch.
- A first conversation. We ask about your work, your clients and your capacity, and you ask us anything. The first 30-minute consultation is free for eligible businesses.
- A short written recommendation. If we think we can help, we explain which services to start with, what they'd cost, and how we'd measure progress. If we don't think we're the right fit, we'll say so.
- A decision on your timeline. There's no pressure to sign. Plans are month-to-month with 30 days' notice, and every detail that matters is in your written proposal.
Before you contact us
If you'd like to look around first, these pages answer the most common questions:
- The services overview explains our four services and which order makes sense.
- The pricing page shows our three plans and a quick way to check them against your fees.
- The FAQ covers contracts, ownership, reporting and results.
- The guides teach portfolio pages, agent referrals and service naming, whether or not you hire us.
What we'll ask you in the first conversation
The first call is mostly listening. Expect questions such as: which projects from the last year would you happily repeat, roughly what your average project or staging job is worth, how many new clients a month you can realistically take on, and which towns or neighbourhoods you'd like more work in. Stagers will also be asked how many agents sent work last year and how concentrated that work is. Rough answers are fine. They help us tell you honestly whether marketing is the right next investment.
A note on privacy
When you contact us, we use your details only to reply and to discuss working together. We only email people who have contacted us first. If you send photos of clients' homes, we treat them as confidential and never publish them without your and your client's consent.
Decor.Marketing is part of the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group of companies, based in Vancouver, British Columbia. We look forward to seeing your work.
Frequently asked questions
What are your hours?
Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. A text or email sent on a Saturday simply waits in the queue until Monday.
How quickly will you reply?
We usually reply within one business day.
Can we meet in person?
Yes. Consultations are open in person or by video call, and we work with clients across Canada by phone, text and email too.
What if I'm not ready to hire anyone yet?
Get in touch anyway. A first conversation often clarifies whether marketing is the real bottleneck, or whether something else, such as capacity or pricing, needs attention first.
